Shoryu Ramen marks National Vegetarian Week

Shoryu Ramen, who specialise in authentic Hakata cuisine, are adding a host of vegetarian inspired dishes to their menu, in support of National Vegetarian Week 2019.

From 13th – 19th May 2019, Shoryu restaurants will be offering veggie lovers and hungry Londoners alike the opportunity to try an all-new vegetarian set menu.

Priced at great value, £22 per head, things kicks things off with a green bun with either fried tofu or grilled halloumi.

For the main course you can choose from Quorn Karaka Tan Tan – a rich and spicy Quorn mince, in a flavoursome broth topped with a poached egg and chilli oil - or the vegan white natural ramen – a broth, with fried tofu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots,  and spring onion.

And then, to round things off, you can indulge your sweet tooth with mochi ice cream featuring matcha, yuzu and vegan chocolate flavours.

For drinks you can choose anything from plum wine to fresh strawberry calpico to ginger lemon or the orginal kombucha.

It's delcious, it's meat free (which as we all know by now is good for our waistlines, health and the environment) and it's great value for money! You just can't go wrong!
